Our Base Startup Package includes the absolute bare minimum: domain name/URL registration and configuration, email account setup and a professional email signature.
From there, you can choose to add additional account setup, logo design (or cleanup), social graphics, business card design and printing, and/or a landing page website. The choices are yours!

After building your custom package, you’ll pay a deposit, then provide all the info we need via questionnaire. We’ll get to work and send you design proofs for review. After edits and approval, your files will be exported and emailed, sent to print, and launched to the interwebs.
Schedule Discovery Call
Tell us what’s working, what’s not working and how we can help. If we’re a good fit, we’ll make recommendations on next steps.
Accept Proposal
We’ll send over a detailed proposal with package pricing, add-ons, a full scope of work. Sarah will answer all your questions.
Submit Questionnaires
You’ll receive questionnaires with clear instructions on how to provide all the info we need.
Review Development Site
After collecting all info, we will build the initial website and share a link so you can review and leave feedback.
Launch Website
After approval, we’ll complete our checklists, launch your website, then continue to maintain and support it (and you!) as your business grows.

Choose to add logo design or cleanup, if you have an existing rough draft or old logo that needs redrawn as vector artwork, or simply made to look clean, modern, and professional. Business card design is generally done at the same time, and we will print and ship those cards straight to your door.

When we register your domain name, we can point it anywhere you'd like: a Facebook, LinkedIn page or Gravatar profile. If you'd like a landing page to look more professional, we include the first year of hosting for free. Google Analytics/Search Console setup will be added to your Google Workspace account setup if you include a website.

Startup package FAQ's
No problem at all! When we register your domain name, we can point it at your business's Facebook or LinkedIn page, or perhaps a Gravatar profile or other service. We do want to point it somewhere, but that can be temporary if you don't want to add a landing page at this time.
It's the paid version of Gmail, which allows you to use your own domain name, as well as have access to other more storage and other options. Google Workspace is the standard for small businesses and it's 99% of what we set up for our clients.
We can configure your existing domain with the startup package, no problem. Just leave it off the package (or include it if you'd like to add secondary domain, such as a common misspelling). Our questionnaire will ask where your domain is registered, and we will provide instructions on how to share access.
Only one example is needed: Sarah was once at a networking event where someone was using a QR code business card, which she scanned. When she returned to the tab later that week, the QR code had disconnected or encountered an error. Not only was the contact information lost, after talking to so many people she couldn't even remember who that person was.
A physical business card, on the other, might appear on the recipient's desk at an opportune time, particularly if it looks so cool they hate to throw it away...
